Giveaway Sweetness

We were in the city of Rome for Valentines Day. Yes, I have been off line all week because we are on a wonderful trip.  It has been a whirlwind, but so great.  Since it is our 40th anniversary this year, we wanted to celebrate in style.  Hubby found a great deal on groupon and booked it.  We did try to get in in the spring but it worked out perfect to go now.


 Our first city was Venice. It is a city in northeastern Italy sited on a group of 118 small islands separated by canals and linked by bridges. Hubby treated us to an evening Gondola ride. The canals were beautiful.
I felt the beauty of the city and the wonder of Venice.  The city is situated on the Adriactic Sea.
 Along the way we saw beautiful buildings and windows
 I loved this boutique



A beautiful cafe to glass of wine and a dessert



I am in love with all the cities we visited and hope I don't bore you with all the pictures.

    Qué bonito viaje! Me encantaría hacer un viaje así, tendré que esperar a mi 40º aniversario? Ohhh, pero si sólo llevo 1º! Espero que Venecia esté ahí para esa fecha.

    Oh my! Such a holiday to dream of and sharing the beauty and passion of the view from my end is just so inspiring romance...I love the window vignettes with simple beauty and authentic history.
