What I found was a fall festival at a lovely church...
Welcoming arms that brought us in to a beautiful place
The doors are open to usher us in
This beautiful church was built in the 1890
Church of the RedeemerThe Church was built from stones in the area by prisioners from the prision down the road. The cross came from Italy |
The orginial builder had the windows and wood brought over from England and one window from Canada, a Tiffany window and the wooden structure from England
The minister blessed us with some pickin' of Irish music. The music washed over me while I remembered the music my girls sang when they were in choir. One of my favorite Hymns was In This Very Room.
And there's quite enough hope and quite enough power to chase away any gloom,
For Jesus, Lord Jesus ... is in this very room.
And in this very room there's quite enough love for all of us,
And in this very room there's quite enough joy for all of us,
And there's quite enough hope and quite enough power to chase away any gloom,
For Jesus, Lord Jesus ... is in this very room.
And in this very room there's quite enough joy for all of us,
And there's quite enough hope and quite enough power to chase away any gloom,
For Jesus, Lord Jesus ... is in this very room.
In this very room there's quite enough love for all the world,
And in this very room there's quite enough joy for all the world,
And there's quite enough hope and quite enough power to chase away any gloom,
For Jesus, Lord Jesus ... is in this very room.
And in this very room there's quite enough joy for all the world,
And there's quite enough hope and quite enough power to chase away any gloom,
For Jesus, Lord Jesus ... is in this very room.
