 I've been waiting for you and dreaming of holding you

WE found out today my daughter is having a baby boy....due end of September

                                                               Needless to say we are very very happy

                                                                I can't wait to create art work for this cute little one, the hands are from my oldest grandson and this picture are the two grandsons walking down the stairs.

Girly Finds

Sometimes I need a little fix of something girly

                                                  I purchased these from my favorite shop the Pink House, sewing drawers from a victorian sewing machine I fantasize.  I am going to fill them with bobbins and lace.


                                                                               


    My Saturday finds also included a milk glass lamp, white pillow cases, silver brush,  and fabric

 I just love fabrics and any time I see cream, white, blue, and yellow it comes home with me!

I am not sure how I will use this French Grain Sack but for now it looks great on my table. 

I also found an assortment of books that I going to make some beautiful journals out of

Some days are filled with rain and turmoil, some days filled with sunshine and peace.  We have been busy moving our daughter and family into their new place.  And now we are looking for a new place, our landlord is coming back home!  I love our cottage and now I need to find one just as sweet, what a challenge. 

With Mother's Day coming up I have som great ideas for my family to do for me!!

Oh yes, a perfect day!  I hope your mothers day is filled with sunshine and joy.  And oh, I saw the perfect house for us to rent, keep your thoughts tuned into us getting this place.  As I walked through I could place my furniture.  Sigh...I could look out the kitchen window into a beautiful yard and I saw a baby fox!!  Hopefully it is a sign.  I hope to show picture of great spaces...fingers crossed we are picked,
