Every year my kids and hubby gave me a heart.  For a few years they got sterling silver hearts from a local shop that made them from vintage molds.  

Then hubby switched to Brighton.  

My sweet dad won this in a Fair in Germany when I was in 3rd grade, it means so much to me

I bought this pack from Pick Your Plum and thought I'd punch it up for Valentine's Day, so I looked to Sugar Lump Studios

Nancy Maxwell, did this lovely banner...right up my alley, thanks Nancy

I gathered my elements with my crafting partner  Ro, he is so creative

He loves to craft and used Modge Podge for the first time.  He sang his MP song all afternoon!  

This is his banner and I love how it turned out, don't know where he got his idea for ROME but love it (I like to think Ro, for him, and ME, for MiMi, the two of us together).

Mine took a little bit longer because I layered and layered my fav papers from Dee Duncan at Vintage Country Marketplace

Receiving Goodies

I love fabrics, lace and sewing goodies.  In one of my swaps I received some goodies from my swapping partner.   I got those out this weekend and am thinking what I want to do with this fun stuff.

I bought a coverlet for $5 dollars that had holes.  I made several hearts and will make pillows next!

 At a tag sale I found this beautiful oak highchair for my newest grandson.  I love it

 I set some vintage saddle shoes, his great aunts silver baby cup and a sweet bib on the tray

I hope you receive some special treats for valentines day
