Small Space Joyful Decorating

I took my resturant white ironstone plates and put my favorite saying for Christmas.  Using Scrabble tiles is a fun and quick Christmas Project.
In our rental the bedroom is one the calming spots to be.  The paint on the walls is a soft green and compliments my white.

I was able to hang my favorite components from our house.  Since we need to stay here thru the holidays I wanted my lovelys near me!

This sweet bench was my great grandmothers.  My parents put the finishing touches on many years ago with changing the seat cover.  In the chair is a beautiful bag I won a few years ago from.  Also, a little inspiration from Anne Slone.  The dresser is dressed with a vintage mantle clock, a slate I won that is just beautiful and a sweet milk glass lamp.  Of course, my sweet cow painting.
This sweet Mary and baby Jesus is a find from my favorite shop The Pink House.  I have a collection of Mary's but none with her holding baby Jesus.
In the corner is my collection of suitcases with my racing boat!  My grandson's love that Santa is cruising over to our house.
Merry Christmas All!  Joining some very creative ladies, Di

Vintage Bling

Merry Day!  I love taking vintage items and repurposing them for the home!
I took my vintage cookie cutters that I have collected whenever I find them cheap and added a little bling

With my painted breadbox and lavender it helps brighten up my kitchen!
My next project was to brighten up the corner of the kitchen
I found some vintage santas that were at my favorite Saturday stop The Pink House in Weaverville.  These were $3 each and I fell for them!  I love the faces on them.  Great deer and reindeer tutorials, recipes and craft ideas - Rae Gun Ramblings

Christmas at Cottage-Wishes

Welcome to my house: Di @ Cottage-Wishes.  I am so glad Jen decided to invite us all in!  If you haven't seen the tour you must start at her house!  Thank you Jen, love your book.

This year we are in a rental house for the holidays while our house is being built.  I found a few boxes of decorations, thankfully our stockings and a few ornamets were in those boxes!  We are living out of 4 rooms (kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom (2), one with laundry!  It really is working so I know we will be fine moving into 1500 sq. feet.  I really miss my craft and dining room.  So, come on into our rental.

We decided to have a table tree this year, puppies and babies would just be to much to handle a big tree.  Besides the ornaments could not be found!  Hubby calls tree Tiny Trim!
I added my ladder, crock and favorite decorations in the living room corner

My grandsons love Frozen so, I added a snowman corner as well

This is the counter dividing the living room and kitchen

 On to the kitchen!

In the corner of the kitchen is a sweet bookcase to hold my treasures
All these items we gifted to me and I love these sweet reminders of friends

My girls were in choir and I truly love the memories we share around the holidays.  When Erin was little she almost lit the person in front of her with her candle signing Silent Night during the candle lighting ceremony at Church.

My mom and grandpops were watch/clock makers-repair.  I always have a clock near by.

Our bedroom is small but holds our king bed and a few dear items

I would usually hang these on the wall!
"Mary did you know" is one of my favorite songs
I have a little Christmas in the corner

Back to the kitchen pass through and were done
I hope your holidays are full of joy
That your family is near to you.
Thank you Jen for a heartfelt homewalk tour
